Christmas time in NC

It's Tuesday...the rush before Christmas Eve...traffic in Wilmington is heavy. I had lunch with a dear friend today. It was nice taking and laughing and catching up on news. We haven't seen each other since the end of July.  Then on to some shopping. I saw so many things I thought the grandchildren would like.  My husband is the hardest to buy for. He doesn't seem to need anything.  So cold out today, but not raining.
