Just thinking....

Finally getting over the lastest virus only to visit a kindergarten class for over a hour today.  One boy had left early because he had a fever, aches and pains and several kids sneezing, runny noses.  I will indeed be blessed if I do not catch another virus.  It is so cold here, even inside my home, that I considering a Florida trip just to warm up.  I don't like to be cold, but  the apostle Paul said "to be content in whatever state we find ourselves in" so I will try to remember that daily.  Christmas eve and Christmas Day will soon be here..why do we wait so long to spend quality time with family?   I am blessed with wonderful kids and grandkids.  They make life interesting and joyful, most of the time.  Just when I think things are good between everyone, someone "messes" up and then someone has to fix the situation.  Being 5 or even 2, like the youngest of my family, has its merits.  They are so full of adventure, imagination and glee.  God Bless them!!  I love they spirit.
